Just had a client ask for this.
Having a wide open calendar does not look good - having an option to randomly show time slots as unavailable would be good to imply scarcity.
i.e. Monday 9-5 is available, but you set an option to only show 3 slots to each visitor per day. Could be fixed (and slots changed as they are booked), or randomised for each visitor, for example:
- Visitor 1 sees 9-10, 12-1 and 4-5 as open
- Visitor 2 sees 10-11, 2-3, 3-4 as open

And if the calender slot is full a form that says "sorry the Calendar is full send us an email if you want to bee on the waiting list.." Or somethin like that?
