Calendar Notifications Setting Saving Issues

When updating calendar notification settings, even though I have clicked the SAVE button all over the place multiple times, the settings somehow don't save properly. I have to redo the settings several times before they finally save correctly.
After I finished setting up my email notifications, I moved on to the SMS Settings, but when I went back to check my email settings, they were all messed up. The changes I'd previously made were not saved.
I've tried clearing my browser cache and logging back into my account, but it still is not working.
