The checkbox on the calendar does not have the ability to add links to the privacy policy or terms and conditions.
I had a client refuse to book a calendar appointment as the checkbox on the calendar widget did not have these links, only the checkbox and plain text.
There are a couple of workarounds that would "work" but still wouldn't put the links where needed (and are more hassle than it would be to fix this), such as;
  • create a whole new form, and put links in a text element of the form
  • put links in the description of the calendar (the description is not available on the page with the consent checkbox)
This should be a simple fix to stay more compliant. Thanks
