Calendar Booking Status Default to "Unconfirmed" instead of "Confirmed"

By allowing the default for Booking Status to be marked as "Unconfirmed" you can setup workflows to send "Hard" confirmation reminders before the appt is set - then once a "hard" confirmation is received, then we can mark the status as Confirmed. This would enable us to up our show rates because of hard confirmations -- technically you can change the booking status to "unconfirmed" manually when setting up the appt but this leaves it up to humans and there's a lot of human error.

Im looking for an update for This:
PLEASE make a setting options for Calendars that when new Calendar Appointments are first booked, the Status can be set to "Unconfirmed" automatically.
This would be SO HELPFUL, especially for companies who take a deposit to Confirm appointments.

one if the problems here is that when its "Unconfirmed" it does not show on the linked calendar. Therefore the salesperson does not know they have an appt until the customer accepts it. The customer may or may not accept it, but the appt is still theoretically there.

This feature is currently available. To manually confirm appointments, go to the calendar settings and turn off the Auto-confirm new calendar meetings option. Once disabled, new appointments will be marked as Unconfirmed, requiring manual confirmation.

Swadha Bhoj This is actually working only if leads book their appointment using the embed calendar directly. It doesn't work whem manually adding an appointment within GHL from the "Calendars" tab, it still keeps "confirmed" by default...

This is critical BUT it still needs to show up if I search for last scheduled appointment. Otherwise there is no way to find people who have scheduled but not confirmed.

We need a new feature that automatically changes a dropdown from "confirmed" to "unconfirmed." Our situation is that we don't want automatic confirmation. In the calendar settings, there's an option to turn off automatic confirmation. However, when our users book appointments internally using GHL for leads, we want a feature that automatically changes the status from "confirmed" to "unconfirmed." This will help prevent human errors where users forget to switch this setting.
