I need the ability to set availability per representative (staff member) inside the calendar settings, not just from their user profile.

There is one calendar that is shared between multiple representatives.

Each representative works in multiple locations, with different days and times per location.

Therefore, we must control the availability per staff member inside the calendar itself, because each representative’s schedule changes depending on the location and cannot be managed globally at the user level.

This flexibility is required to correctly manage calendars that involve multiple people and multiple working locations.
