Currently, when an appointment is booked it defaults to the name of the name of the attendee (customer)...so if they put it in their calendar it just shows their own name. We need to be able to customize calendar appointment names

totally agree with this. If we have multiple different calendar event types booking appointments it just shows the appointments with the contact's name, so there's no quick way of differentiating what types of events they've booked (without opening the even to see the description extra info, or doing in other custom ways). The ability to set the event name with the appointment/calendar event name or HL custom values would be helpful.
