✅ Calendar Appointment Source Tracking — Show Which Channel or Widget Generated Each Booking

When using the same calendar across multiple channels (e.g., a booking bot, an embedded widget on a service page, and an embedded widget on the main website, etc), there is currently no native way to see which channel generated a specific appointment.
Requested feature:
Add a native "Booking Source" field to each appointment that captures how and where the booking was made. This could include:
The page URL or embed source where the booking widget was loaded
The channel type (e.g., bot, inline widget, direct link, workflow)
UTM parameters passed at the time of booking, surfaced directly on the appointment record
Why this matters:
Service-based businesses often run the same calendar across multiple touchpoints. Understanding which channel drives the most bookings is essential for optimizing marketing spend, bot performance, and website UX, without requiring manual UTM setup or workarounds.
