Event calendar type does NOT SYNC with your calendar, so people can erroneously book on your calendar even when you are busy. Every representative knows this bug and they are now advising me to use only the Round Robin event when I want to make sure it syncs with my gmail calendar to avoid conflicts. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG.
