Sometimes there are services that don’t require a person of the staff there the entire time, therefore, having the ability to make bookings based on equipment/room availability would be very useful
In applications such as sports equipment rental or hostel booking, we require a calendar system based on equipment or room availability..
Currently, our solution involves creating a user account for each piece of equipment. However, during the booking process, customers encounter confusion due to the legend ‘with any available agent’.

Yes! This is how I thought service equipment based booking just worked haha. My case here is a client rents e-bikes, and keeps only one person on staff. If there are 6 rentals bikes in equipment, one customer books 1p, the slot is just empty for the 1, 2, 3hr booking. The other available 5 bikes are not able to be rented during that entire time. Look forward to this option being added asap hopefully. Thanks!
