Block off major holidays in calendar

Would like to be able to easily select the holidays that calendars should be blocked for at both the company and user level. Most companies take the same major holidays every year.

A holiday calendar with the option to toggle on and off days and to turn on and off the use of the calendar that would automatically block all calendars from booking on holidays. The user needs the ability to decide whether to use it, but currently this can only be done by updating specific individual dates on the specific individual calendars. This is a fairly easy enhancement to put together, but the only way it can be done now takes about 50 steps since it's day and calendar specific.

Yes!!! All other calendars I've ever used have a holiday option. We should be able to go into holidays, put in dates we want blocked out, select staff associated with the holiday and it goes thorugh and automatically block the calendars. It is extremely tedious with large teams to have to go to every day and block out every staff member separately.

I'd like to block full august morning and now I have to do it day by day, user by user. I'd like to be able to block on bulk, on the calendar group level. would be amazing.

This function should interact with the GBP. When the company declares no availability for a holiday the GBP should be updated.

So far it seems like the Global Calendar Blockout is the oldest version of this request. I am surprised that it wasn't requested earlier.
