I have a client who will not give up his calendly account because of the interface and the native app.

I've just discovered that when you delete Google events in Google calendar, they are not deleted in GHL. And you can't delete Google Events in GHL. This means that any google event synced to GHL will never disappear. This is really messy. When can we have a better functioning calendar? It is very exhausting and complicated to use at the moment.

Any updates on when we can expect this to be released? Core Platform

Also, related to the bulk edit feature - I have recently found that all occurrences of future recurring appointments after a daylight saving time change have moved an hour later... and now I have to go through one by one and edit each appointment to bring it back to the correct time 😣. This is awful and wasting so much time. It's bad enough that all the recurring appointments in my calendar have moved, but now I can't even bulk edit them to correct it. So it's really essential that the calendar is able to detect daylight saving changes and correct them automatically as well. Appointments that were at 12pm in standard time are still at 12pm in daylight time... At the very least, the first step would be to be able to bulk edit all future occurrences.

Please please please.... include the ability to bulk edit/delete all future occurrences of a recurring appointment. It is driving me CRAZY that we can't do this currently. It's almost enough to abandon the calendar function and use a different tool. PLEASE... 😩

Also - I would be AMAZING if we could create a one off meeting links like Calendly has. Sometimes things come up and we'd like send out a link to someone with a few booking day/time options, despite what our calendar availability might be. Maybe even though I've got focus time blocked off so that no one with my default link can schedule, I might want to make an exception to someone else due to special circumstances. It'd be great if I could manually select 5 or 6 times I'd be willing to meet someone and send them a link with only those times as a booking option.

There needs to be a way so that if people are having their meetings in different locations, that the location appears in the calendars - CRM, Outlook and Google. Right now the meeting location that syncs across just says - custom.

I have a lot of builder clients and they meet a lot of their clients at their building site, so having the ability to put that building site address into the calendar booking and then having that address pull through to all calendars involved is super important. And then one click to pull up google maps from the app when they are out and about.
