Packages for Calendars. This is a feature that would benefit coaches, fitness businesses, doctors, massage, chiro's and a lot more industries.

If we want to be competitive with Mindbody, Vagaro, Moments, Acutity, and many other competing CRM's.

Clients need to be able to purchase packages of appointments that can be redeemed according to a set of rules.

Use Case 1: Coaching. Coaching program gives client the ability to book 6 appointments over the 3-month time frame. Needs to be able to be available for 1 or more calendar types and have an expiration date of use.

Use Case 2: Fitness studio offers 4,8,12 sessions for a reduced rate per session, the more that are purchased at once. There needs to be a way to count down or track the appointments from the package.

Features workflow triggers based on the number of packages remaining or the expiration date approaching.

Anyone with me? It seems like this is right around the corner but has been open for 2 years.

We need this! Our clients using Acuity complain about it too. For anyone in the wellness industry (sooo many clients) it's a basic feature. Right now, you have to build a huge workflow just to make it work, and it's tough for people to copy the process for different appointments.
