Appointment Custom Fields (ie Appointment Type & Purpose)

The ability to add custom fields into the appointment object would be able to differentiate what the Type and/or Purpose of the appointment would be.
This would be huge for medical practices.
As an example, the Appointment Type: Consultation Appointment Purpose: Surgical Procedure. And the ability to use workflows off of those custom fields.

This would also be handy for the manual appointment booking form. This could then include internal settings like "Send Confirmation" and "Mark Contact as Lead" or stuff like that.
Our Use Case: For some manually created appointments, we want to also send a confirmation of the appt via Instagram DM. Not for all of them, though. A custom field on the appt that's internal would allow for that to be decided for each booking individually.

i think you can with pipelines. whats exactly are you trying to? They show uonto a bokked appointment, they cam check in with a QR Code/Optional now im guessing you need something so medical staff can write notes and click a few check boxes?
