After a support call yesterday, I was in agreement with a GHL rep that being able to "visibly" see event slots that are unconfirmed in GHL is super useful and helpful.

With a limited sales staff, having a "confirmed" appointment taking up a block on your calendar that eventually doesn't confirm with all required material (for proposal) before the meeting or doesn't show, takes up space or time on a user's availability.

We would like for our appointment setting team to be able to book unconfirmed appointments when they still need to follow up and get some items before the meeting so they and the consultant can visibly see the appointment is there. This allows the consultant to be booked at the same time and determine if they want to call the client at that time if it's unconfirmed.

It would be great to see it as if it was an unresponded to invitation on the Google Calendar this way we can allow for multiple booking per slot on each user and only focus on "confirmed" appointments.
