For people that need to schedule in home repairs it is better to send a calendar invite to the customer to pick a day and then the day of the appointment give the customer a window of time. It doesn't make sense to have an in home repair person drive an hour north of the shop to someones home, then drive two hours south only to drive two hours north for their next repair. If calendar allowed 8 people to schedule in the same window of time for instance 9am - 4pm and then once all customers have filled the schedule the shop then determines the most efficient route and they contact the customer with a smaller appointment window. (after this is created then creating an automation that determines the most efficient route automatically when schedule is full and text customer a smaller window of time)
