For agencies I, I cant imagine how much business you lose because of this one tiny small GHL related nightmare!!!
I am a dog services business, I offer day-care, walks, training and everything else you could ever imagine.
A lot of my clients wish to book from Monday thru Friday, and they have to complete 5 separate bookings, AND 5 separate payments.
The booking and the transaction being the issue not only is it repetitive and time consuming for the client, sometimes people have to do multiple phone calls with their bank as it shows as 5 transactions of the same value in a short space of time, and it's meaning the current setup is actually costing me more time, as I have to manually book, then chase the monies if they are not paid right away.
GHL team, please add a simple button which can be turned on and off, 'Book another Service?'. Of course allow it to be shown or not for agencies/clients that do not require this button.
Such a simple tool but will benefit lots of people and your agency owners.
Also, 'SEATS', why can we customise the whole calendar, but can't change the word 'Seats'? Spaces would be far more convenient!!! :)
