New Feature: Ability to use color coded labels for appointments and to be able to see the label from the calendar view

As a medical assistant (or anyone who is checking in a patient/client), I need to be able to add labels to appointments so that I can see at a glance whether an appointment is virtual or needs specific follow up without having to click into every single appointment and look at notes.

This feature is currently available in Acuity (Squarespace) scheduling

If this feature is not added, it wastes significant time for front desk staff having to look at details of appointments again and again throughout the day
