I agree. I've got GHL set to have me confirm all appointments, and I do get a message saying that an appointment has been requested, but when I follow the link there is no way to confirm the appointment or update the status. The person helping me test the scheduling said she never received a confirmation for the appointment, I'm guessing because there wasn't a way for me to accept or confirm the appointment.
