Add SMS Option for Appointment Reminder Notifications
S
System Demos
With the new notification settings in the Calendar area, we have the ability to add multiple Email and In-App notifications easily.
It would be great if this section also allowed us to add a notification sent by SMS when the contact has provided their phone number as well.

Being able to recieve a SMS 5 minutes before WE have a Zoom appointment with a clients
s
support@bridgeprofits.com
Basically our clients can schedule Zoom calls with us whenever they want from 9h to 5hBut some days we have calls and some not!And sometimes a client can schedule a call 1 week before or during the weekend and we forget about it...It's annoying to always have to take a look at our calendar to see if a clients scheduled. It would be great to be able to receive a SMS 5 minutes before the call to remind us that we have a meeting scheduled. That way we would never miss a meeting!

Many medical facilities, and service companies have text that confirm your appointment 24 and / or 1 hr before. Usually a Y or N to confirm. Calendly has it too. This is a critical feature to to cut back on missed appointments.

Hey you can only send a acknowledgement email to the assigned user. Please update it so I can also send sms and app notifications and email. I want to ensure they are notified of the lead and follow up accordingly
