This is very important to have. The statuses that we have by default are not enough. We should be able to add custom statuses such as "on the way", "arrived", "job complete", etc!

The case that we're looking for is to make a status that's called
courtesy call
.We need to a courtesy call so that our appointment setters can know when an appointment does not need to be rescheduled but also wasn't complete.
