Problem: As an admin in GHL, when an appointment is canceled by a lead/customer, I am not able to 1) see "Reason for Canceling" appointment is in 1) Appointment List View or 2) Appointment Report. When an appointment is canceled by a staff member, there is not a corresponding filed in the appointment to record the reason for cancellation
Expectation: As an admin in GHL, in the Appointment List View, Appointment Report, and Appointment details, when an appointment is canceled (whether by the lead/customer using the cancelation link or by staff members using the GHL web app or mobile app, I should be easily able to see
the reason for appointment cancelation in one field
who canceled the appointment
As a staff member using GHL, I should be able to add "Reason for Canceling" to the appointment when canceling it so that data is collected and displayed in the same places
