COMMENT FOR: Appointment forms / custom fields on appointment card

This would help a lot for contractor and home-service businesses.

When manually creating or booking an appointment, we often need to capture job-specific details at the same time, not just basic contact information. Things like project address, gate/access instructions, job type, products requested, install notes, and other appointment-specific details need to be visible and usable from the appointment workflow.

For our use case, the bigger need is for those appointment form/custom fields to also be able to write to the related opportunity, not only the contact. Many of these details are tied to a specific job/opportunity and should not always live permanently on the contact record.

Ideal solution:

* Show calendar form custom fields when manually creating a booking

* Allow appointment/custom fields to map to opportunity custom fields

* Allow hidden fields or booking links to preserve the related opportunity

* Make appointment details available in appointment-triggered workflows

* Allow Teams/internal notifications to include those appointment/job-specific fields

Crazy how many of my clients have asked for this and I cant help them :(

This would be great for internal tracking and reporting.

Desperately needed please instead of just custom fields for Contacts or Opportunities
