Add Comments/Notes Field for Calendar Availability Blocks

Category: Calendars (Applies to All Calendars, Especially Rentals & Services)
Description:
When blocking off time or marking dates as unavailable, it would be extremely helpful to have an optional Comments/Reason field attached to the blocked period.
Today, a blocked date simply appears as "Unavailable," leaving no context for other staff members or even the person who created it months later.
Examples of comments could include:
Smith Wedding
Jacob Wedding
Annual Maintenance
Staff Vacation
Closed for Thanksgiving
Inventory Count
Personal Appointment
Equipment Service
The comment should be visible:
In the availability/calendar settings where blocked dates are managed.
As a tooltip or label when viewing the blocked date.
Anywhere the unavailable period is displayed for administrators.
Why this matters
This is especially valuable for Rental and Service businesses where calendars are frequently blocked for events, maintenance, holidays, or internal scheduling.
Benefits include:
Eliminates guesswork about why dates are unavailable.
Improves communication across teams.
Prevents accidental removal of important blocked periods.
Makes recurring administrative reviews much easier.
Provides historical context months or years later.
This is a small addition that would significantly improve calendar management and team collaboration across all HighLevel calendar types.

Yes. Please. Sometimes I make an appointment with myself just so that I can have the description…

Also to add that the Block Out dates should also appear in the calendar view along with the comment field. Right now when a staff member views the Rental Calendar there is no indication of blocked out dates.
