In Europe we are not familiar with AM/PM format and it confuses my clients a lot when setting their availability or when their customers are getting reminders.
Can we please change that soon?

yess, we definitely the 24 hour format for the calendars. I can't use GHL calendar even for myself.

you can fix this! Just use a date-time formatter in a workflow, and use that to trigger the correct messages to either you, your client etc..

We’ve just discovered that Custom Values currently only support the 12-hour (AM/PM) clock and the US date format!
When sending appointment confirmations and reminders, it’s essential that time and date information is presented in a format the recipient actually understands. Unfortunately, this small limitation makes GHL close to unsuitable for our European clients, where the 24-hour clock and day-month-year (DD.MM.YYYY) format are standard. We really hope this can be prioritized!

Luca Brumariu dont remember the app. But as long as you have set the settings in the calendar for 24h. its like that.
