To better serve us and ultimately our clients, it'd be AWESOME if we could choose to have the monthly Wallet Credits we provide to be "billed" at the standard system rate to make those funds go farther for the client, and us.

For example, if we select a 4x on rebilling, then the wallet credits we provide are diminished by 4x, which means we must load MORE into a client wallet on usage-based plans. ie: to provide 3,000 calls/sms, we have to load in 4x our own cost to achieve that. (unless I'm really misunderstanding something)
