Aligned Billing Terms:
  • Monthly subscriptions: New users added mid-month are pro-rated to align with the current billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: New users added mid-term are pro-rated to co-terminate with the existing annual renewal date.
  • Consistent Term: All user subscriptions align with the same term and renewal date as the SaaS subscription when both are used.
Independent Subscriptions:
Agencies should have the flexibility to offer:
  • SaaS subscriptions only.
  • User subscriptions only.
  • Both SaaS and user subscriptions together.
Dynamic User Threshold:
Allow agencies to define a set number of included users as part of the SaaS subscription. User-based billing only begins after the number of active users exceeds the predefined threshold (e.g., 5 users included in SaaS; billing starts from the 6th user).
Automatic Adjustments:
The system automatically adjusts billing as users are added or removed, ensuring accurate charges every billing cycle.
This enhancement would enable agencies to:
  • Offer customizable, scalable, and fixed pricing to their clients.
  • Streamline billing for both SaaS and per-user charges.
  • Avoid manual workarounds or reliance on external billing systems.
