Once these are switched on you can't turn them off. As an agency we need to be able to turn these off as default. Having to go and do them individually is extremely unprofessional. As agencies we should be able to choose what work for our clients and not have GHL choose for us. The only assumption I can see, is that GHL makes money from these features. At the moment we have to go into every trial and disable the features which is crazy considering the platform is supposed to automated for our clients yet we have to do things manually??

I tried raising this issue with a direct support ticket and was issued this reply:
Currently, we do not offer support for disabling the product at the agency level, which is why the option appears greyed out. However, users have the ability to disable the product on a sub-account level by going to Agency Settings ➝ Selecting the relevant product from the sidebar, and toggling the feature for sub-accounts.
That was back on Feb 20.

Russ Webb This is crazy, it means you have to go in daily and disable for all the new sub accounts that have been created. We have about 20 trials per day and would rather they didn’t see these at this stage?!
