At the moment we have to manually cancel any SAAS client that terminates their account, we should be able to manage this through the agency dashboard and the client should be able to cancel their account from their account without our intervening

Any updates on this one?
As part of the creation, it definitely needs ability to change the state of a Location via the API as well for those of us who aren't using the GHL SaaS engine and are billing from a different billing engine.

I have added this to our internal roadmap. We will need to
(1) build 3 states for the location -> active, suspended and cancelled.
(2) Allow agencies to suspend or cancel a client
(3) Allow agencies to define if a location should automatically be suspended or cancelled when a subscription payment fails.

RevEx Group: you'll need to also figure out a way to disable all of the internal functionality of the system, especially email campaigns, workflow automations, etc. All of those will continue to spend money, even if their account subscription is canceled. And, since they don't have a subscription, the billing falls back on to the agency.

Elite 360: That is the challenging part. We can disable all automations & assets like sites, listings, etc. But when your client re-activates the subscription, should all of them restart again? That is the most challenging aspect.
It may create unintended consequences for people and may result in angry clients / agencies. Still trying to figure this out.

Yes, ideally it would turn everything back on. I understand how big of a challenge it is.

RevEx Group: you are already late on delivering this. It was supposed to come live at the end of Q3 and now we are on Q4 already

RevEx Group: where are we concerning this feature ???

This should apply not just to SaaS clients, but all clients. It should be available at the API level and should do a number of things including disabling their access to their account (including ALL accounts in their sub-account) as well as disabling all funnels / websites / surveys / forms etc as well as stopping all Automations from running.

Definitely needs to happen and be available with the API. It's a logistical nightmare at the moment to cancel an account when they stop paying us.
(Context: for our own internal reasons, we don't use SaaS)

yes I was just thinking the same thing. this is a major issue at the moment - it looks like there should be a way to build this with a Stripe Billing Portal integration: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal#redirect
