Allow a seperate markup for Phone number re-billing to Calls/SMS.
When setting 3X re-billing markup to calls/sms its not noticeable, but when setting the same markup to a $16 toll-free number, the costs can get quite expenses for our clients.
An option to seperate the markups for each service would be a great feature.

Ability to Set Custom Pricing for Phone Numbers + Separate Margins for SMS and Call Costs.
We need the ability to set our own selling price for phone numbers without being forced to increase the rebilling rate. Right now, we need to raise the rebilling price to sell a number at a higher rate, it also increases the cost of SMS and call usage for the client. We want to choose those pricing separately.
Because of this limitation, we are forced to sell the phone numbers/sms/call at our cost.
What we need:
Custom pricing per phone number
Allow us to choose the exact price we want to charge a client for a phone number. This should be independent from SMS and call usage pricing.
Separate margins for SMS and call charges
SMS and voice have different cost structures and should not share the same margin. Agencies need flexibility to set different markups for:
SMS
Voice minutes
This allows for accurate pricing, better profitability, and more transparent billing for clients.

Separate credit wallets for each channel.
Being able to directly quantify to a client exactly how much credit they will get for call minutes, texts, and emails will make client acquisition and retention much easier.
i.e.
"Your plan includes:
up to $25 of text costs monthly
up to $20 of call costs monthly
up to $10 of email costs monthly
After this your wallet will be charged to cover usage per event."
and so on if you are rebilling content AI and what not.

It would be a great feature to have the rebilling of the phone system split out to more granular rebilling.
I have different scenarios where messaging would be at a different markup over the phone.

Yes! Without this we are unable to use Twilio for Australian Clients because we cant separate the SMS from the call mark-up.

I totally agree. I would like this feature to expand further with removing maximizing revenue limit. Let agency decide to rebill 1x or 10x or 100x to charge their client.

agree, in the UK the SMS rates are far higher than calls. I have to set around 9x just to cover cost of SMS but then my call rates are not competitive.
