It would be great if Saas Plans/Pricing could allow the creation of a free plan with no added costs. This would enable the selling of a freemium product and the upselling of other paid products. For instance, clients could be offered free reputation management, which could then lead to the upselling of other products. Currently, it is not possible to add a plan without cost. The other workaround would be to increase the maximum duration of the trial period beyond the current 30-day limit.

Free, better, best is a great way to get a new SaaS going. If GHL would add the ability (and change their TOS) to have SaaS plans offered for free that offered 1-3 features only it would be awesome. Maybe the free is CRM, Automation, and Email Marketing. But if they want SMS marketing, AI, websites, etc. then they have to move to a paid plan.
