Looking for an update on this feature :)

Oh man I would love to see this in place. I'd really love to tackle multiple sectors, but of course they shouldn't be offered under the same brand. When will this be moving forward? The length of time this has been sitting as planned kind of makes me distrust when things are marked as "Planned".

Would love an update on this! It was said that this was supposed to be released end of Q2 2024. PLEASE this would be one of the best features for an agency.

Whitelabel - Multiple-Brands

It would be great if we had the ability to white label the GHL dashboard with more than one brand at the agency level. Currently we can only have one whitelabel brand. Which is ok if the agency only markets with one brand. But if the agency uses a different 'brand' to market with, depending on the niche they're targeting, it would be great if customers who come on board via the niche brand saw the niche brand in the dashboard. For example, my agency is called Divine Aesthetic, but if I'm marketing to restaurants I run the campaigns with a niche-specific brand 'Foodcloud'. I'd love it if those customer would see the Foodcloud logo and colours when logging in. Thanks. 👍

- Original idea date: May 27, 2021
- Marked As Planned: September 7, 2022
- Completed: Nope... Just 3yrs old and planning for 1.5yrs.
As far as being able to have different agency logins, here are the steps:
- Forwarding with masking
- Grey labeled agency login page
- Use CSS to add client logo in the app instead of agency logo
- Biggest issues: Cannot use SaaS subscriptions, rather add a recurring product subscription. Need to add client card a second time in new client subaccount for rebilling. No user-seat/contact limits, credits/trial, nor pause account on failed payments.
However, all this is blocked since GHL is blocking the first requirement, Forwarding with masking. This is smart from the safety side of things, but they can also allow specific URLs to allow this functionality.
- Refused to display 'https://app.originalAgency.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
I suppose... you could purchase a greylabel domain for logging in. Update your agency url for app logins. It won't look pretty, but it will keep your domains separate. But then you need to consider account notification email sending domains. ANDDDDD>>>>> Even after clients are logged in, it'll show the grey labeled domain in the address bar.
THEN... they still receive originalAgency invoices from Stripe (you can only connect one stripe account at agency level). Ways around this:
- Use different processor account (NMI/Authorize.net) and setup subscription through here
- However... Rebilling needs their card a second time, and NO monthly comms credits are allowed.

bump - any update on this? I would love to be able to sell multiple brands from my account as I am in SaaS mode and have many features already set up

What about creating a Sub account as SaaS mode and then from this account, doing 2nd branding and niche?

Jesse Lafontaine Can you whitelabel individual subaccounts? Like each subaccount has their own app.brandname.com URL and logo?

HLprotools already has it
