SaaS mode creation should not auto assign the same mailgun subdomain as the SaaS account, or any other account for that reason.

Then they all receive the same mail. Obviously this can be fixed by creating their own subdomain in mailgun and have them fix their dns, though that is so much manual work just for setting up their mailgun properly.

i thought turning off mailgun rebilling in SaaS mode would disable this auto domain assignment, but doesn't work that way i guess. extremely bothersome. all SaaS accounts should have separate mailgun domains and SaaS mode shouldn't be auto assigning anything.

This means we always need to have an eye on new clients and if we have to disable their mailgun domain.
