With all the new releases from High Level, we need the ability to gate them by turning them on or off at the agency level for features that the agency needs/wants to use to fit their needs.

Very important!!! The recent apps marketplace release breaking white-label made it evident that we need to be able to turn each of these new features on or off ourselves. We're even hiding Labs with CSS now so features don't get turned on early as there's always bugs.
