I'd love to see HighLevel introduce complete, native per-sub-account customization, allowing agencies to create a fully branded, tailored software experience for every client without relying on custom CSS, JavaScript, or third-party workarounds.
The goal is to let each sub-account function and feel like its own business management platform while remaining under one HighLevel agency.
- Individual Sub-Account Branding
Allow every sub-account to have its own:
Company logo displayed at the top of the sidebar
Custom sidebar background, text, icon, and active-menu colors
Business name and individual branding
Custom light and dark themes
Independent branding settings that don't affect other sub-accounts
There should be no limit on how many sub-accounts can have their own branding.
- Fully Customizable Sidebar Builder
Introduce a drag-and-drop sidebar editor that allows agencies to:
Rename, reorder, hide, or customize native and custom menu items
Change menu icons and create custom navigation sections
Add native HighLevel tools, Custom Objects, dashboards, and embedded applications
Create completely different sidebar layouts for individual sub-accounts
Preview changes before publishing
For example, an equipment rental company could have Bookings, Inventory, Deliveries, Reviews, and Revenue, while a landscaping company could have Customers, Jobs, Estimates, Scheduling, and Revenue.
Each business should only see the tools relevant to its operations.
- Custom Business Management Modules
Make it easier for agencies to create industry-specific management systems using HighLevel's existing features, Custom Objects, and embedded applications.
These modules should be accessible directly from the customized sidebar, allowing each business to manage its operations through a streamlined interface tailored to its industry.
- Custom Login Domains for Each Sub-Account
Allow every sub-account to connect its own custom application domain using a CNAME record.
For example:
Agency: app.myagency.com
Rental Company: app.therentalcompany.com
Landscaping Company: app.thelandscapingcompany.com
When a client visits their custom domain, they should see a dedicated login page displaying their company's logo, colors, and branding instead of the agency's or HighLevel's.
After logging in, clients should remain on their branded domain while accessing their customized HighLevel dashboard.
Agencies should be able to configure and manage these domains directly through each sub-account's settings, with automatic SSL provisioning and secure authentication.
- No-Code Customization, Templates & Mobile Support
Provide a native visual builder that allows agencies to:
Configure branding, navigation, and login domains without coding
Save and reuse sidebar layouts and branding templates
Control which customization settings clients can modify
Maintain consistent branding across desktop and supported mobile interfaces
Suggested location:
Agency View → Sub-Accounts → Select Sub-Account → Branding & Sidebar Builder
Why This Matters
Agencies should be able to provide software that feels specifically built for each client's business rather than offering every customer the same generic CRM interface.
A rental company, landscaping company, cleaning company, and marketing agency all have different workflows, branding, and operational needs.
Allowing each business to have its own logo, colors, navigation, management tools, and custom login domain would provide a much more complete white-label experience.
It would also eliminate the need for unsupported custom-code solutions that can break after platform updates.
The goal is simple: One HighLevel agency, unlimited individually branded sub-accounts, fully customizable sidebars, custom application domains, and business-specific management tools, all supported natively.
This would be a significant improvement for agencies using HighLevel to deliver tailored business management systems across multiple industries.
