Fix Message Failures Due to Wallet Balance Reaching $0 🚨 (This Is the Default Setting and These Failures Are Making Clients Angry)

I've had multiple clients discover failed messages because their messaging wallet used the default settings to add $10 when the wallet balance is less than 0. But there seems to often be a delay in recharging the balance.
These clients had valid billing methods attached and came to me wondering why the heck their automations weren't sending messages, only for me to discover HighLevel failed to charge them in a timely manner and instead didn't send scheduled messages due to insufficient balance.
This is ridiculous. Automation is core HighLevel functionality.
Needed:
- Agency accounts should be able to choose the default recharge rules for sub-accounts (I want to all of my accounts to recharge to $25 at $10 in the wallet)
- If you are not going to send messages at $0 balance or less, than get rid of the option to recharge at $0 altogether (make it $1) AND/OR just fix this... ensure recharge at $0 is instantaneous, enable some kind of allowance for negative balance to some threshold, whatever you have to do to ensure this doesn't happen
This came up two days in a row with two clients. I'm newer to HighLevel and in the process of bringing clients over and this stuff is making my clients angry and making me very nervous about the dependability of GHL.

Yes! I already have a request on the board to make the rebilling threshold $1. By the Tim it reaches $0, it’s too late
