Feature Request: Option for Sub-Account Owners to Control Agency Access

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to raise a potential enhancement that I believe could add significant value to the GoHighLevel platform, particularly for agency users like myself and the clients we serve.
My Use Case:
As an agency, I provide GoHighLevel services to a variety of clients, helping them set up their systems, workflows, automations, and marketing tools. A potential client has expressed interest in using GoHighLevel but has concerns regarding my ongoing ability to access their sub-account after the initial setup is complete. While my clients appreciate the support I offer, some have requested the ability to block or limit agency access when it’s not needed, especially when they want full control over their data and account operations.
Feature Request:
I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement where sub-account owners are given the option to block or revoke agency access to their sub-account directly from their own dashboard, without impacting the agency’s overall functionality.
How It Could Work:
Agency Access Toggle: A simple toggle or permission control for the sub-account owner to temporarily or permanently disable agency access to their account.
Granular Permissions: This feature could allow the sub-account owner to control which sections of the system the agency has access to (e.g., CRM, automation, funnels, etc.).
Reversible Access: The option for clients to re-enable agency access at any time if they need further support, making the feature flexible while maintaining control over their data.
Why This Is Important:
Privacy & Security: As more businesses prioritize data security, providing sub-account owners with the ability to manage access control is in line with modern SaaS trends and industry standards. This would reassure clients who may have strict privacy policies.
Client Trust & Retention: Giving clients the ability to control access builds trust and could improve client retention. Clients would feel more secure using GoHighLevel knowing they have the power to manage who can access their data.
Alignment with Other Platforms: Many leading SaaS and CRM platforms offer similar granular permission settings, and implementing this would help GoHighLevel remain competitive and align with evolving customer needs.
I believe that implementing this feature would enhance the flexibility and security of the platform while maintaining the ease of use and support that GoHighLevel is known for.
Please let me know if you’d like to discuss this further or if any additional details would be helpful.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Interesting idea. Are there support issues/delays/hiccups that could result from this though? That would be helpful to think through and work to to prevent if a feature like this is introduced.
