The agency dashboard and any of the rebilling / reselling charges are based in USD. However, when an agency business is run in another currency (e.g. all my plans are in Australian dollars AUD), then it's confusing for my clients to know that some prices are is AUD and some are is USD and even though I explain this at time of sign up, many are still confused as to what they are being charged and think they are buying something for A$30 which it's really US$30 and they thus end up paying about A$45 and I'm left to revisit the explanation about the two different prices appearing on the platform and you just need to know which ones are AUD and which are USD.
It comes across as unprofessional and it makes it hard as an agency owner to interpret the agency dashboard with its MMR and revenue values is USD while all my plans that I sell are in AUD. It makes it hard for me to look at the data at a glance and understand what is happening in my business.
Two solutions: put a currency indicator with each price that's mentioned (US$50 or A$50), or have a place where the agency / sub-account preferred currency can be set and then ALL prices at the agency level and sub-account level are of the same currency (which removes the need to use US$ and A$ to differentiate prices).
