Disallow messaging credits rollover

I don't like the idea of someone subscribing, having low usage for a number of months, then using all their rollover credits in a single month (unexpected big bill for me)... I'd like the credits to have an option for NOT rolling over because then I can be much more generous with how much credit I provide monthly.

If there was at least a way to do this via API, we could just trigger it for all sub-accounts once a month.

We really REALLY need this feature. We can't offer any complimentary credits because this isn't available.

Please this is so needed. we give our clients so many credits per month but they keep buliding up if they do not use them. so its gonna hit us hard in the face if they decide to use them down the road. We need to be able to expire them at end of a month, then start fresh the next month. that way they have 1 month to use them. plus this really pushes them to use the software too. This is a critical must have for sure! thanks guys!

Already working on it??
We will launch enhancements in credits features in late Q1 / early Q2 2023
Agencies will be able to choose between
- rollover credits
- expiring-at-the-end-of-the-billing-cycle credit
- one-time credit at the start of a subscription.
Until we release this feature, default behaviour is to roll-over.

Marvin Eckert: Q1 came and went. Is this scheduled for Q2?

Yes... having the option for included monthly credits to expire would be amazing!

This seems like it should just be the standard.
Having to manually adjust the credits each month for each account, with a software this robust, is just silly.
