The ability to have automatically all receipts for the wallet charges into invoices or group them all in one monthly invoice for agency level.
This is very required and important for legal accounting and bookkeeping in EUROP (Belgium)
It means to be able to have any reciept as an invoice.

We need an invoice for each charge in the wallet, with company details and including taxes for Spain (21%). Otherwise we can't present it as a business expense and it's a very big problem.

Please GHL team update this featur of invoicing, I have noticed many others in eurpe are requesting this to be ready, especially when you connect invoices with the new e-invoicing network (Peppol in Belgium will be mandatory 01/01/2026)

We need invoicing for wallet top-ups! This is crucial to be tax-compliant in the EU. Businesses expect to receive an invoice for all payments (including wallet top-up)

If we pass costs on to Saas clients they get a wallet recharge the first time they perform any action with email or SMS or anything else that costs.
But they don't get an email receipt for it?
So we've had a few of them question the charge - some speak to us and some to the bank because the name on the bank statement is different to our public trading name.
The simplest solution that is also compliant for record keeping and tax purposes, would be to include a receipt email for wallet recharge payments, in much the same way as an order email is sent automatically.
