Connect a Subaccount to Agency Prospecting too and customer spend for SaaS

We need to have 1 or 2 subaccounts associated with the agency and SaaS activities within the GHL Agency account. There is too much disconnect to create reporting and automation. Using the prospecting tool, we should be able to link that prospect and client to the record in the subaccount, then track the progress, as well as create automation. Then track the spending in the subaccount as the client engages, so we can track total spend from SaaS and other activities withing the subaccount.

Yes! Pleeease! How many email templates are we not able to affect because of this?
Trigger links in welcome emails don't function because there's no subaccount they're associated with.

This is also necessary to correctly credit the affiliate who made the referral.
When a prospect is converted to account, which of the accounts is the contact added to as a customer?
When the account is switched to SaaS, which account gets credit?
Also, how do we manually add that recurring subscription to the affiliate who made the referral?

Keith Besherse I don't have SAAS but if the prospecting tool had a box, a custom field or value sort of internal set up where the affiliate number and referring person can be added to, that could then somehow be linked to show up in the affiliate's portal perhaps. So to speak, in this case, instead of using a link for the affiliate for that prospect, there could be a code system used for saas agencies instead. A totally different internal system. Made out of custom field or values that may apply in this case. Just a thought.

Lavinia Meek, yes. that concept would work for my use case (manually transitioning the prospect to a sub-account). The people wanting to do all of this with automation would want those fields to be accessible by the API and then we would be good to go!
Shivam HighLevel, It would be great if fields for the referring party (and subaccount where that person's contact record exists) were included on the "Do you have a point of contact?" page. Just add a section, is this prospect a referral? If so, who referred them?

YES! If I generate something in the prospecting tool, I should be able to automatically create an opportunity in my pipeline, automatically turn them into a sub-account (again moving them through my opportunity pipeline), etc.
