Conditional Custom Menu Links

I need to add conditional custom menu links that display only when 'certain conditions' are met or not, and can be manually overriden if needed.
Also can we have a toggle switch to turn on/off badges on the active custom menu links.

This would be very helpful for client onboarding! I have a custom menu link that opens an onboarding survey and allows the user to schedule their onboarding form. Once the onboarding is complete, I'd like to no longer show this custom menu link.
I could manually add this menu link to each sub-account, but then new accounts won't have it and it will require a manual process each time and that's a pain.

It would be awesome if we could set different custom menu link names for different language setting.

Yes, Right now its either all or add them one-by-one.. I would like the ability to say "show this to All, except these subaccounts" and choose ones that I don't want to see it... Or like Paul Read said, maybe a checkbox to select/unselect who sees a particular menu link...

Jay Vics Or maybe have other user types that are customisable, kinda like they did with the customer type field (which used to be hardcoded to customer & lead)

Custom links are awesome, but I would love more options around showing these.
For example, only showing to account admins (not users).
I know we can turn this on by subaccount, but that's a laborious process. A better option to search, select/deselect would help a lot.
