Communication tool to write with customers on the platform - Similar to Trello

As an agency, we often need to discuss different things with clients, send files over, etc.

Many agencies use Trello for this, as they can create a card on the client board for each case and thus have all communication on one card. Instead of sending emails or arranging video calls.

This would also allow us to automatically have a ticket system when our customers contact us about a problem with the system.

Since the customer already has a media storage in the sub-account, all files can also be saved there in a separate folder.

It might also be possible to connect Trello to the system so that you can integrate your Trello boards and the customer only has to log in with their profile to access the boards during the integrations
