We need better organization for our user accounts. We should be able to group them like we can group contacts into smart lists. At least let us group them by their SaaS tier for a start.

We also need the ability to bulk edit our user accounts. For example, I'd like the ability to select all or some of my user accounts and apply a change like adding or removing a feature from them.
