I would love being able to add a banner for subaccounts. We offer office hours for our clients to hop in and being able to say... "office hours are now... hop in LINK" would be so great and improve their experience.

Keith Besherse this is able to be done now, not sure if you are aware or not. If I'm understanding correctly, agencies are able to have a banner that shows to their own subaccounts now.

Lauren Handy, yes. Thank you for highlighting the current state. You are correct.
Please note 3 things. 1. HighLevel (Core Platform Sales & Marketing) still has not merged these requests. 2. HighLevel has not marked either one COMPLETE (or even IN PROGRESS!). 3. The date of my comment relative to when the support article was published. (I admit I could try to find and update all my comments on this ideas board in near real time, not sure why I should, they are time stamped.)

Keith Besherse I agree things could be updated better, but I am happy to find new updates that I don't personally have to see to creating. I have put in several new features I would like to see yesterday so we'll see how that goes but at least they are aware and take input from agency owners to make the entire program better.
