Allow dashboards to be assigned to specific users or “staff” and additionally allow each user to have their own separate default dashboard. At the same time we should be able to restrict them from viewing dashboards they don’t have permission to view. This can also be fixed with another suggestion I had of allowing agency sub accounts, then each user can have their own sub account aligned under the agency sub account.
