Currently, White Label partners are required to rebill usage such as email, WhatsApp/SMS, and telephony. To do so, they must add a spread to cover Stripe fees, financial transaction taxes, and other operational costs. This creates several challenges:
End customers pay higher prices for internal services.
Usage pricing (especially WhatsApp and email) becomes less competitive compared to other CRMs.
As usage scales, partners face a significantly higher need for working capital due to rebilling volume.
It would be great if HighLevel allowed partners, if they choose, to have usage rebilled directly by HighLevel, while receiving only the subscription revenue. This would:
Enable more competitive and transparent usage pricing
Encourage higher adoption of email, WhatsApp, and telephony features
Reduce cash flow pressure for White Label SaaS operators as they scale
