I was told that if we have 3 SAAS plans and if customer buys plan 1, if they want to upgrade we have to put in order with DEVS to upgrade the client for us. We should be able to do that or customer should be able to select upgrade to another plan.

If agencies choose to, they can now allow their clients to upgrade their SaaS subscriptions.

Please Note : Only upgrades are possible and downgrades are not allowed.

I have added this to our internal roadmap. We will add a setting that allows agency admins to configure upgrade option for location admins.

If enabled, this will allow location admins to upgrade their subscription in-app from the company billing page.
