Allow Free Level SaaS Plan So We Can Still Use Rebilling on Pro Bono Accounts.

We have a few pro bono accounts that we would love to give truly free to the client but our only option is to give them the account for $1/month or $10/year which is the minimum available on SaaS Plans and then give a 365 day free trial, but they still get billed after the year expires.
The main issue is, we want to have these free accounts for select clients we work with but we need to have them on SaaS Mode so we aren't also paying for their phone/email/etc usage.

Special Prices for SaaS Sub-Accounts - $0 Option

The new "Special Prices" feature is great, but we need the option to offer a subscription for $0. Currently, the minimum we can charge is $1/mo.
Use Case: I want to offer someone a free plan, but I was SaaS mode to be activated so they can cover their own email + SMS costs (and any other re-billable features)

Allow to setup a SaaS plan that is $0 per month to allow us to add monthly credits in without having to manually do it

We include GHL access to our marketing clients in their monthly price, give them a certain amount of money to use each month and then they pay for usage after that money is gone. Right now the only way to do it, is to charge them $10 and then add $20 into their account to offset the sub fee. It would be nice if we could set the price at $0 and then be able to automate additional wallet money each month into their account.

Free Saas Plan Option

We need to be able to turn on SaaS mode but not have to bill a minimum of $1 for the sub account; it should be able to be free. Because sometimes we want to sell packages that are higher markups reselling, but no monthly fee and a dollar is pointless and just makes the client question if we actually have control of the software we are selling them.

You can grant them access to the account without activating SaaS mode, and allow billable services to extend to the customer account.

You can just set the amount to 0, ignore any errors you might see (at SaaS v2 I know it is possible)

Robin De Niet It auto changes it back to a $1 monthly or $10 annually every time I try this.

Cristian Droescher So that means you're on the V1 of the SaaS configurator, have you tried it through Stripe? Anyway have my upvote
C
Cristian Droescher
Robin De Niet how do I upgrade to V2? And do you mean am I using stripe as the processor?
R
Robin De Niet
Cristian Droescher Trust me, you want to stay on V1 because V2 is not SaaS friendly. I am not happy that I have to use V2.
And yes if you use Stripe (or any other processor) you might change the pricing there after creating a $1 plan? Not sure what the implications would be though, just some thought I had

You can already do this manually. (And why would you want to do it automated?)
J
Jon Adams
Keith Besherse how do you accomplish manually in GHL?

Jon Adams, make an account (regular). Then activate SaaS mode without a subscription. Set rebill rates.

Keith Besherse thanks, I'll give that a try. I reached out to support on it and their suggestion was to just give a free period which is obviously just a temporary solution. I was under the impression rebilling only worked when on a SaaS plan

Jon Adams, yes. the account must be in SaaS mode. But subscription is not required. I am currently hosting open office hours for about 5 more minutes for members of my private training community, https://www.gokollab.com/ghl-business-launch-2/, if you want me to walk you through it. I will be available again Thursday morning and Thursday evening. At other times you are welcome to contact me, but that would be as my agency.
