I believe there is the option for SaaS clients to upgrade their plan, but not downgrade or cancel. Clients should have control over this.

Just like users can upgrade their plan should be able to downgrade, without it requiring it to be done manually.
Would be great to be able to sign up accounts on a higher plan trial with option to downgrade before the trial ends. But you want this to be automated in case someone leaves it to the last minute before being charged to decide they want to downgrade.

even having this as the agency admin would be useful. I went throgh the process of removing saas then adding back saas at a lower level and of course it did not work. talked to support and the recommended something crazy, even if I told her repeatedly he solution woud not work, she insited.
i ended up with multiple accounts for the same client.

No repsonse on this? We can check that box but there is no option to upgrade. Where is this option?
