The existing "Suspend Sub-account when their SaaS subscription fails." is a step in the right direction; however, I would like the ability to add a grace period before the account is suspended.

We would love it if we could add contacts to a special workflow if they pause their own subscription or cancel on their own. We can craft "come back" sequences and what not.
